Not Therapy—Something Different

I am not a therapist, but I know firsthand the power of journaling to heal. Writing helped me survive and process seven years of childhood trauma and the challenges of foster care. Through putting words to my experiences, I found clarity, strength, and a way to release pain I didn’t know how to speak out loud. Now, I create spaces for others to do the same—whether in a safe one-on-one session or within a supportive journaling circle.

In our time together, you’ll be guided through journaling prompts, have the chance to vent, reflect, and even share your words aloud if you feel comfortable. You may choose to decorate a personal journal, explore themes like grief, gratitude, joy, or relationships, and walk away feeling lighter, heard, and more connected to yourself. These sessions aren’t about therapy—they’re about giving yourself permission to write, release, and discover new parts of who you are.
